Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the event that goods are damaged in transit or a mistake has been made with the ordered items, the customer is requested to notify The Vegan Hamper Company within seven days. Please email us at info@veganhamper.co . If notified within 7 days, The Vegan Hamper Company will send replacements for any damaged goods or refund the value of the damaged goods. Although we will very often replace damaged goods, it remains at our discretion whether we refund or replace damaged or broken goods. On occasion it is not economical to reship small quantities of products and on these occasions we will refund the entire cost of the broken goods and where the order is unusable the shipping too. The Vegan Hamper Company aim to fulfill orders correctly but in the unlikely event that incorrect goods have been delivered to the customer The Vegan Hamper Company will arrange for collection and will of course re-supply the correct goods.
Returning Goods
Where goods have been supplied in accordance with the purchase order, but the customer decides that the goods are not required then the customer must notify The Vegan Hamper Company WITHIN SEVEN DAYS and return the goods to the The Vegan Hamper Company, 515 Mansfield Road, Sherwood, Nottingham. NG5 2JL – Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email so that it is easy to identify your order when it is received by our warehouse.
On receipt of the returned items and subject to the items being in a good condition a full refund will be made to the value of the goods. The Vegan Hamper Company will not be liable for any return postage where it is the customer’s choice to return the goods. Refunds will be made to the card used for the purchase of the goods. Should the customer require The Vegan Hamper Company to collect the goods and the return is the customer’s choice then a charge of £12.50 is charged for the collection and return to The Vegan Hamper Company .
Please note that when returning items to the The Vegan Hamper Company warehouse it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are repackaged in such a way as to ensure their safe receipt. Once the goods arrive back with us undamaged we will refund the cost of the goods to you, minus your original delivery charge and any return collection fees (where we have organised a collection for you).
